	@ Michelle: Acually it involves using both your muscles and your breathing. It seems a bit mechanical when you first start working this method... but it becomes second nature with practuce. 	I loved your story and how you learned to develop those muscles. I've known about that for years, but can't have an orgasm from doing that alone. Maybe it's because I'm too skinny and not padded enough, but mine are more like little pulses when I contract them. I can get close to climaxing from this but can't get over the hump without something being on top of my clit. But at least I know how to make the muscles work.
