comment number 2 I've found this videos to be so, so helpful. It's nice to have such something that I can relate to. However, I am really struggling with my sexual confidence...it has posed a problem in all of my relationships and typically I end up embarrassed about my insecurities in bed and leave my lovers. I would like to overcome this but I just don't know how to feel confident with my sexual performance...I've had verbally abusive partners in the past that I'm sure have fueled this insecurity, but it has always been a problem, even before then. Due to these insecurities, I am almost always unable to perform oral sex (even if I'd like to) because I can't bring myself to do it in fear of not being adequate enough. Do you have any advice for me? Comment by: Tay

comment number 3 HSV1 (herpes simplex virus 1) molsty affects the lips causing cold sores. Most of the people who have HSV1 got it when they were little by being kissed by a family member or relative who already had the virus. People can also get it as teenagers and adults by kissing someone who has the virus. Kissing is the most common way it's spread.HSV1 can also cause genital herpes though. If someone who has cold sore gives someone oral sex, then it's possible to spread the virus down to the genital area. If you test positive for HSV1 that doesn't necessary mean you have a STD. Only genital herpes is considered a STD (which can be either HSV1 or HSV2). Blood tests can't tell you if you have genital herpes or cold sores, it just tells you what type of herpes you have (either HSV1 or HSV2). So, if it does come back positive for HSV1, you could have either cold sores, genital herpes, or both. It's usually because of cold sores though. It's estimated as much as 80% of the world is infected with HSV1. If you have any more questions please ask your doctor. They can help you out with this! Good luck! Comment by: Novi
