comment number 4 I surely hope that Ottawa ctolusns with the 28,000 residents of Labrador before making any stupid decisions behind our backs. After all, it is a huge concern to us when you maybe helping send the hydro power in our backyard to the Rock so they can have industries out there, thus leaving the peoples of this BigLand out in the cold.Such an autorization or backing of this project by the feds would be, in our mind, tantamount to treason towards Labrador.It should never be permitted to allow a small group of 2500 Innu to rule over the other 25,500 citizens of Labrador with this Hydro Project that will affect all it's people. The majority of Labrador peoples must approve of this or it never gets developed. That is our democratic right, bottom line. Comment by: Aurora
