comment number 2 Hi Hawaii!  Most people refer to spotting and breakthrough bleeding interchangeably. However, breakthrough bleeding can be a little heavier than spotting. Comment by: Cherry TV Chickalee

comment number 7 I regret the delay Mr. Concerned, there's just a lot going on!  The coil placed inside a woman fallopian tubes. Scar tissues grows around it preventing sperm from getting through.  Iit's permanent so it's not birth control but a form of sterilization.

Bloating is when the abdominal area swells.

comment number 8 is panadol safe?i know its a pain reliver but i usually use it to avoid being pregnant..and it had helped me and my hubby many times coz we seldom use condoms and i dont use pills bcoz of my migraine...pls help me...reply please.... Comment by: curious

comment number 9 Dear Curious,

Thanks for writing in!  Panadol is a type of acetaminophen.  (For those in the U.S., this appears under the brand name Tylenol.)  Though this might be useful for reducing pain and fever, it should NOT be used as a form of birth control!  If you were experiencing migraines,  I'd suggest either switching pills or trying one of the other methods featured in this episode.  Some women have to try several types of birth control before finding the 'perfect fit.'  This is definitely something to talk with your clinician about.

Good luck!
