Anal sex isn’t for everyone, but many people enjoy it. Yet, it is delicate back there, and if you're not prepared, it can hurt. Here Ducky explains the fundamental elements that need to be in place to stay safe while experimenting with anal sex. (more...). (5:17)
One thing we all have to remember -- never go from ass to vagina without washing. Whether it's a finger, toy, penis, or condom, it's sooooo important to keep any kind of fecal matter far away from our vagina. Change condoms and wash in between. And if it disrupts the rhythm, such is life, it's not worth the infection it can cause.

HOW DO YOU CLEAN YOURSELF SO THAT THERE'S NO MESS?
Comment by: No Man 02/08/2009 22:46:35
The best way to do it is to use an enema. You can get one from any local drugstore. Some recommend using it twice -- but I believe once is enough.

love the tip about the "T" approach. Never heard that before, but now realize I've seen it on videos. I am so anxious to try it, but my partner doesn't seem that interested (a man, can you believe it?)

ADVISE FOR ANAL SEX?
Comment by: rink 04/11/2009 14:41:44
Dear Rinku,
Great questions! Here's my advice...
(1) A lot of people are worried about anal sex being dangerous... However, there are many precautions you can take to help make anal sex a safe activity for men or women. Like any other sexual behavior, anal sex runs the risk of the transmission of STDs or HIV. If you tear a muscle, this risk may increase. So, make sure to LOAD UP ON THE LUBE and use a condom. There are also lubricated condoms, which might help. As Ladybug has explained, do not move the condom from the butt to the vagina... You'll need to switch condoms in between. Also, stay away from condoms with spermicide. These can seriously irritate the rectum. Be careful about 'forceful' penetration, and always make sure that you and your partner (if this applies) are feeling comfortable with the activity. If you practice this advice, you shouldn't have much to worry about. :)
(2) This question is a bit harder to answer. As I'm sure you know, the female orgasm can be quite complicated and really varies from person to person. Some women find it extremely pleasurable to be stimulated anally... Some claim to be able to orgasm from anal penetration alone. (Anal penetration may hit the G-spot or clitoral legs- the latter ending just above the anal muscle on a woman.) This does not mean that EVERY woman will love anal or that it can increase/lead to her orgasm. Some women don't find it pleasurable at all. This is something that people have to discover for themselves.
If you have any more questions, please let me know. I hope that this helps...

I've never heard of this, or seen it written about anywhere (and I've checked a lot of sources), so can only assume it's a myth.

hi,
if you and your spouse are in stable one on one relationship, you are in no danger of HIV or STD,
that is you both do not have sex with anyone else.
always have the man wear a condom, just makes good sense to reduce any chance of infection,
plus he can pull it off and then enter the vagina and not contaminate the woman.

My boyfriend and I had anal sex both of us being 'anal virgins' with no problems whatsoever. Recently however when we tried again (this time doggy style) it hurt me to the point that he had to pull out. Is there any particular positions that allow the girl to relax her sphincter more or are better for anal sex in general?

Anal sex is really a pleasure to perform. If taken due care & with patience it will make wonder to both the male & female.Everybody should try it at least once in his/her life.

Here's a tip to make your man come like a freight train. Just b4 he comes insert your little finger into his anus and give it a little play. This will make him go insane with desire and he will eject a bucketful into you!
