The human sexual response cycle is universal (excitement, plateau, orgasm & resolution) yet “plateau” can include many responses. Breathing, muscle tension & pelvic movement can contribute to the sensation. A discussion on how to help orgasm along. (3:33)
Can you please have a discussion about G spot orgasm, because I recently had that happen for the first time and everything got soaked. I wasn't aware of anything happening, in fact, I thought I had peed. What do other women experience?
Thank you
Shawn

In the video Becky discussed getting wet prior to the orgasm, when i was younger i had that ability but now that i'm older i'm unable to get wet prior to um insertion or oral. I've gotten screened for STDs and i'm clean. Is there anything i can do that can enable me to get wet or will i be forced to use lube for the remainder of my days??

I've never had an orgasm so I have no idea what you are talking about am 34 and I at the point when am anger that I have never had on and then mes seem to have it so much more easier than we do and that angers me to because sex for them they can lay there let the women do every thing and still get off but for women we have to know how to do this how to do that and its fustrating

I'm 34. I take quite a while to reach the plateau stage - like lots of foreplay while my excitement level rises. Comes a time then, femme that I am, my hips want to rise in rhythm ! I want to hear endearing words all the time I'm moaning and gasping. That's when I try to breathe deeply to hold and like relax a bit to control my body parts 'twitching'. My climax gets earth shattering this way
Thank you
