	I know that it is commonly thought that hair grows back thicker and darker after shaving, but it is not actually true. For scientific confirmation of this fact check out: www.mayoclinic.com/health/hair-removal/AN00638 If you like anecdotal info; my 21 year old sister never shaved, but has thick, dark hair on her legs. From ages 16-20, I shaved my entire leg. When I stopped shaving my upper leg 5 years ago, the hair grew back just as light colored and fine as it was before I shaved. My sis just has more body hair than I do and shaving or not shaving won't change that. Just thought I would try to dispel one more myth about the human body! :-)	Comment by: Ayla 02/24/2009 08:58:39

	Hey there, love the site :) Erm well I haven't had sex with my boyfriend yet and I really hairy, due to shaving in places i shouldn't have when I was younger. I'm really worried about it.. I was wondering if you can get like the hair bleach for your upper legs and stomach? 	The are bleaches out there for body, you just need to shop around for the best one. It could burn though, so be careful! (and keep in mind, while your hair may freak you out, your man might LOVE it!).	Comment by: ladybug 08/18/2009 16:04:58

	Ashley, did you read the first comment? How comes you wish you never shaved your thigh when it would be as hairy as it is now. Is you shaved your thigh since you were 13 changes are your hair increased, but that would be anyway.	Comment by: Oblomov 09/07/2009 07:51:26
