Physically there are differences in the way men and women climax, but what about mentally? Is it, as we assume, easier for a guy to reach orgasm when he's not there emotionally? Are we sometimes insensitive in bed to a guy's state of mind? Listen in. (3:52)
Yes, we have an erection, but you can't jerk off whilst thinking about OUR errands to run either. Come to think of it, you probably wouldn't have one if you were that stressed.
The more sides of this argument I hear the more both sexes show how snooty and up themselves they are.

Sarah is my hero! One of the few women on Cherry TV that put themselve on both sides of the spectrum. I don't know her professional background, but she spoke very intelligent. A woman with an intellegence mind is a serious turn-on for many men.

As some readers will know, modern SSRI anti depressants such as Prozac or Zoloft are notorious for interfering with orgasm. During my mid 30s I spent several years on different SSRIs and the effect on my ability to orgasm (I'm male) was remarkably similar to what I have heard women describe. Circumstances had to be just right, or it just wasn't going to happen, and sometimes I could get so close, but yet it was out of reach. It was quite a bizarre experience for a relatively young man used to a typical 100% reliably orgasmic penis, though fortunately I understood the cause and wasn't too upset by it.
Similarly, I've read descriptions by women of their experiences while on testosterone treatment, of increased libido and more reliable ability to orgasm.
Apart from the obvious structural differences between us, I really do think that our differences in orgasmic response are largely a matter of variation along a continuum, with men and woman each mostly clustered towards opposite ends, rather than two entirely different response patterns.
